All rotas are in the ChurchSuite Rotas module, which allows people to receive reminders about their duties, view their rotas, avoid clashes, manage swaps, notify periods of unavailability and even sign up on some rotas. We recognise that some people are either not online or do not wish to use the online capabilities of ChurchSuite and we will be making sure that they can still join in as they have done before, by asking the Overseer of each rota to run a ‘hybrid’ system – producing printed versions and in-person sign-up where appropriate.

People can log in to MyChurchSuite accounts to view rotas and duties and to manage the receiving of reminders and their privacy settings.
