The Churches in the Anglican Parish of Fleet are open in our testament to our beliefs and values, and we wish to welcome all in our community into the love of Christ. However we fully respect everyone’s legal and moral rights to privacy.

From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address) in order to receive more information on the parish or use facilities connected with the website. Such facilities include surveys, newsletters, message boards and Blog (Weblogs) discussions.By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable us to provide you with the services and information you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice.When someone visits our websites we use a third party services, WordPress, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow WordPress to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.The Incumbent and PCC of the Parish of Fleet fully comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from 25 May 2018 . Users 16 and under
If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian’s permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to our website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.
We do not publish the details of any individual under 16. We publish pictures of all aspects of our parish but get prior consent from parents/guardians for any children prominent in a photograph.

A full contact list is available in each parish magazine and in the welcome packs available in each of our churches. If you see any personal information, pictures or comment which you would prefer not to be published for any reason on the website, please use the contacts below and it will be removed immediately. You may not use, process, copy, store, reproduce or transfer to others, any information relating to private individuals on this website or other parish publications, except for contacting the individuals for the purposes for which the data is provided.
