When a loved one passes away there are many decisions to take and lots of arrangements to make. One of these is where and how to hold a service to celebrate their life and say goodbye in an appropriate way. Our parish ministry team are privileged to walk alongside bereaved families as they hold services at the crematorium. Holding a service in church, however, offers many opportunites.
¨ There is usually no pressure of time.
¨ We are able to accommodate around 200 mourners.
¨ A wide range of music options are available, including a live organist.
¨ The service can accommodate many options, including the projection of photos and video.
¨ An authorized Anglican minister will lead your service and offer ongoing pastoral care.
The church is a good option if you would like to hold a service before or after a burial. Our team are also able to help you with the interment of ashes following a cremation.
Recent or former residents of Fleet may have their ashes interred in the garden of remembrance in the church yard.
